Ulysses Marshall is a distinguished artist and educator from Baltimore by way of Vienna, Georgia. Marshall’s work is predominately mixed media utilizing paper collage and paint. He is the first legacy in the arts award winner at the Harriet Tubman museum in Macon, Georgia. The award is given to artists who have works in public collections and have maintained exhibiting success for over 25 years.
