Gallery Rental Information

The $6,000 rental fee includes an 8-hour block of time, allotted for event time as well as load-in and load-out. We discount our rental fee for eligible non-profit 501(c)(3) events. We allow this on weekdays only. Please call for rates. NOTE: The fee for use of the scissor lift is $150.00; The fee for using our white farm tables is $100.00 (in addition to the normal rental fee).

A refundable security deposit of $1,000 and 50% of the venue rental fee are due with the signed rental agreement. The remaining balance will be due 10 business days prior to the event date.

We have 200 parking spaces available as well as street parking (valet or shuttle service is required for any event over 400).

Cleaning of the facility after the event is also included in the rental fee.

Please speak with a Mason Fine Art Representative to discuss catering options. Our approved caterers list is available on our website for your convenience. There is a $500 fee to use an outside caterer.

Included in the rental fee is security for the first 300 guests and a gallery member. One additional officer is required for every 150 additional guests at $250 per officer.

Liability insurance is required for liability resulting from damage to the gallery property during the event. It is a Certificate of Liability Insurance with Mason Fine Art as the certificate holder. You can obtain the certificate through your own insurance provider, but if you would like to obtain insurance through our carrier please contact:
